A late 19th century fine quality ormolu, gilt metal and carrara marble candelabra with provision for 3 candles. This delightful piece, surmounted with a crescent moon, takes the form of a 3 tier waterfall. Rope-twist branches support cascading crystals below, whilst 3 scrolling arms support the candles. A white marble plinth supports a column with ormolu and fluted terminal.

The crystals reflect and refract the gentle candlelight bringing a sparkle to the eye and multiplying the candle power. This delightful piece takes us back to the 18th century when candlelight and fire screens enhanced and protected the beauty of our young ladies.
