Fine quality mahogany Georgian 18th Century travelling medical chest.

This type of cabinet was originally designed for army officers on the battlefield to treat any possible illnesess or wounds.

Top section contains 8 medicine bottles, some with original labels. The draw at the bottom contains 6 small bottles, some with original labels. There are also special weighing scales complete with several weights and a chamois leather matt. All in extremely good condition with key, but lock needs attention.
